Super chocolatey easter cookie dough desserts with a chocolate mini egg stuffed cookie dough, perfect with ice cream and chocolate sauce to serve!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160ºc fan and grab two larger ramekins or creme brûlée dishes
Mix the butter, and the sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla
Add the flour, bicarb, cocoa powder and chocolate chips and easter chocolates and mix well until it comes together to form a lovely thick cookie dough
Divide the mixture between the two dishes and bake the cookie dough in the oven for 12-15 minutes
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes and then serve with ice cream, chocolate sauce and even more easter chocolate

You can swap the sugar for granulated sugar, caster sugar or dark brown sugar
You can use any easter chocolates you like
These are best served warm and fresh.
You can easily double the recipe up to serve four!
