Use a chia or flax seed egg , I can’t see where Jane adds vinegar but I definitely didn’t .

Way to follow recipe , I liked them but my children said they weren’t sweet enough . I might sub honey for brown sugar next time .

If I want to make this for my vegan friend, what should I replace the eggs with please? I usually use apple sauce but notice you are adding white vinegar?
