This may mean the sugar wasn’t dissolved enough, but also if it’s wet/not set, it wasn’t boiled for long enough! x

There will be a few words that should NEVER be in the same sentence…I used some leftover clotted cream (how?!?) instead of double, because we’d had enough scones (gasp!) and broke up some spare rich tea biscuits (I kid you not- there was at least 4 packets of these seriously underrated beauties in my cupboard) and mixed them through without beating the fudge for as long as I should have…set in the fridge, covered with white chocolate and we have a (too) yummy traybake! Thank you Jane, you never let me down!

Thanks

Hey! Did you use a thermometer to make it? Or change the pan you used at all or even brands of ingredients? x

Tried again today and it split, literally followed the instructions like the last time.. I still tried to mix and set, let’s see! But I wonder why it split and I didn’t do anything differently.

Amazing recipe! Made it a few nights ago and it was brilliant. I let it cool and added white chocolate chips. Making more again now!! Thanks very much.
