Did you use a colouring from the supermarket? If they are water based it will kill the white chocolate x

Other than that it looks epic. Kids loved it. Might not bother with the food colouring next time

I just would like to thank you for all these amazing recipies, I often do some recipie or the other, last christmas I made your Ginger trifle, your ginger cheesecake, gingerbread men, ginger loaf and probably other that I cant think at the moment, but they were all delightful, most weeks I make something for when the family comes round, I’ve made your biscoff cupcakes at the end of term for a thank you for the teachers at my grand childrens school I have 5 all at the same school so I make 48 for them to take and just put in the staff room they are very popular the teachers love them so your recipies bring a lot of pleasure and today ive ordered the trifle bowl because even though I did your trifle last year I didnt use the right bowl and I looked on amazon today and they’ve reduced it this year only £18 so im so excited.
A couple of weeks ago I made your cake thats on the front of your book, It tasted amazing but OMG it was a disaster I used stork for the buttercream and the caramel sauce just rolled all over off the edge instead of drippingand then as I put the buttercream swirls on the top by the time I was doing the 12th swirl the others all started to slip off so I put it in the fridge quick to set when I next looked there was only 1 swirl left on the top so you can imagine what it looked like.
Halloween I made your pumpkin cupcakes, brownies, halloween bark, bloody halloween cake which I was really impressed with that, ginger bread mummies, and today im making your bonfire cupcakes for a fire work party tomorrow and I still have chocolate left I might do the bonfire bark, but I just felt I wanted you to know what a pleasure it is to follow you, I love seeing you on this morning your such a natural I hope you go far look forward to doing many more of your recipies. keep up the good work xx

You just have to go with it and cut it as best you can 🙂 part of the charm is it’ll break parts itself hence why its ‘bark’ so it’ll be fine!! X
