This looks great. Would it be possible to make a smaller cake by just halving everything?
Thanks, Jennifer

Hiya! I use a small piping bag to pipe my ganache drip around the edge of the cake, then cover the top and spread evenly. Hope this helps! x

Hiya – I am looking to do this recipe for a work bake off style event.

I would like to do this but in 6” pans instead – how would you amend the recipe to suit this?

Thank you

Hiya! I stand the cake in the middle of a large tray or similar, and press the sprinkles on. This way, the tray collects all the excess! Hope this helps! x

Do you cover the top of the cake with ganache or is it just for the drip?

Hiya! Take a look at my Rainbow Cake recipe, but use red colouring instead of white! Enjoy! x
