Hiya – I am looking to do this recipe for a work bake off style event.

I would like to do this but in 6” pans instead – how would you amend the recipe to suit this?

In reply to Amanda. Hiya! I stand the cake in the middle of a large tray or similar, and press the sprinkles on. This way, the tray collects all the excess! Hope this helps! x

What’s the easiest way to put the sprinkles on the cake , I always end up with more on the floor!

Hi Jane, never made a drip cake before but going to make this for new year. Do you cover the top of the cake with ganache or is it just for the drip?
