Notes were really helpful and that cookie may have been the best and gooiest cookie I’ve ever tasted. Good use of a Toblerone tbh.

Hiya – this is either because your oven is too hot, the cookie dough is over worked, or rolled too tightly before baking! x

Love these, they taste delicious! But mine didn’t flatten really at all when baking so I ended up slightly squashing them towards the end of baking. Any ideas why? It made the edges kind of jagged but they still tasted delish. Maybe I chopped my chocolate too chunky??

Hiya! You can use the dark brown soft or golden granulated but avoid the golden caster – hope this helps! x

Hiya! This is most likely down to your oven – but try tapping your tray of cookies onto the side a few times when taking them out of the oven! Hope this helps! x
