Sorry ive just baked these for 10 mins, its more like 30mins, the mixture was really sticky, cutting them was a proper pfaff!

100% agree with this! I used the exact apple amount in the recipe and made smaller scones, they’re still ‘soggy’ after 15mins so will likely need near to 30mins.

Hiya! It may be because of the extra moisture from the extra apples – or it may be worth double checking your oven temp perhaps with an oven thermometer! Hope this helps! x
