Hi, if i wanted to make this and some other recipes gluten free , can i just do a straight swap for GF flour or do i need to change anything else ?

In reply to Diana Kneeshaw. 100% agree with this! I used the exact apple amount in the recipe and made smaller scones, they’re still ‘soggy’ after 15mins so will likely need near to 30mins.

In reply to Diana Kneeshaw. Hiya! It may be because of the extra moisture from the extra apples - or it may be worth double checking your oven temp perhaps with an oven thermometer! Hope this helps! x
