Peach Crumble!
A scrumptious and easy peach crumble with a homemade crumble topping and a cinnamon spiced peach filling, perfect served with custard!

Peach mixture

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200ºc/180ºc fan and grab a large baking dish
Drain the peaches into a bowl and add the sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon zest and juice and mix to combine
Pour into dish and smooth over
Add the flour, sugar and butter to a new bowl
Rub together with your fingertips so the mixture resembles breadcrumbs
Sprinkle over the peach base evenly
Bake in the oven for 35-40+ minutes until golden, and serve
Notes
This dessert is best served fresh
It can be reheated in the microwave or oven
You can freeze it before baking (add 2-3 mins baking time if so)
You can freeze leftovers as well
If you want to use fresh peaches you definitely can (It's about 600g of peach after draining the liquid)
I served mine with custard, but ice cream or cream works wonders as well.
