Add the milk chocolate and condensed milk to the slow cooker
Heat on low for 2 hours with the lid on, stirring every 15 minutes or so until smooth
Crush the easter chocolates slightly. Pour in the crushed easter chocolates, and then pour into a lined tin (I use a 7x11" or 9x9")
Sprinkle on some extra chocolates if you fancy and then set in the fridge for a few hours
Once set, portion
Notes
This recipe will last for 2+ weeks (I keep it in the fridge)
This recipe will freeze for 3+ months
You can use any brand of easter chocolates - I like to use a mix
If you don't have a slow cooker you can make this fudge by melting the chocolate and condensed milk in a bowl in the microwave on low, stirring often until smooth - or super low on the hob in a pan.
